Baggage Handling
Baggage Handling plays an important role in ensuring that the traveling public has a positive flight experience. Handlers synchronize baggage movement by identifying and preparing baggage so it is properly transferred to the correct gates. This first step is vital to ensuring that a passenger’s bag arrives on time to its departure destination. Air Serv baggage handlers must be efficient in their duties while, at the same time, meeting all safety and security requirements as required by the FAA and TSA. Air Serv’s detail-oriented professionals have decades of hands-on experience to ensure baggage accessibility and accountability.
The baggage handlers are on hand to assist Service Claim Agents and Skycaps. They move luggage of all sizes to claim areas and screening belts with baggage carts and elevators. They also must maintain adequate stocks of garment bags and tubs at all ticket counters.

Dominique Williams was the person who helped my mother from the gate to the baggage area, and she was excellent. After meeting them at the baggage claim, Dominique helped my mother to the curb area, carried her baggage (I'm on crutches and was not able to do this), and waited with her while I went to get the car. If all your employees are "half" as attentive as she was, you would never have any complaints! Thanks for the great service."
