David L. Gamsey

Chief Financial Officer

David L. Gamsey is the Chief Financial Officer of Air Serv. David joined Air Serv with over 25 years of accounting, finance, IPO, SEC reporting and M&A experience.

Prior to joining Air Serv, David was the SVP, CFO and Treasurer of Beecher Carlson Holdings, Inc. where he completed seven acquisitions, participated in a $30 million private equity raise and assisted Beecher Carlson in becoming the fastest growing insurance brokerage firm in the United States over the past three years.

In addition, David also spent five years as SVP, CFO, Secretary and Treasurer of Innotrac Corporation preceded by five years with AHL Services where he managed all aspects of the financial function with the Company growing from $100 million in revenues in 1994 to $800 million in 1999 including and IPO and 20 acquisitions. He has also served as Managing Director of Corporate Finance with Price Waterhouse, and began his career at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Manager, Accounting and Audit Practice.

David has a Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction in Accounting from Emory University School of Business Administration and is also a certified public accountant.
