Cargo Transfer & Mail Handling
New Department of Homeland Security procedures treat the handling of
cargo and mail as a primary concern for safety. DHS has increased funding to upgrade the security of cargo handling and its placement onto aircrafts.
The events September of 11th changed everything pertaining to airport security measures. In its role as a service provider, Air Serv is always searching for better ways to perform our duties, to improve efficiency and security. Air Serv is dedicated to handling cargo securely so it can arrive safely at its destination.
Due to Air Serv's experience and expertise in cargo handling, we are a leader in the aviation industry. We do not arrive with pre-packaged solutions. We listen to our customers needs and only then do we determine the best course of action - within DHS guidelines. One indication that our hands-on approach is successful is the fact that we proudly count FedEx, an international model of efficiency, as one of our many noteworthy customers.

Services
"The ice 'event' on Wednesday, December 22, 2004 severely disrupted our operation and we, as a Crew Bus department, were faced with constantly changing demands for service. Much of that service was conducted in hazardous weather and road/ramp conditions, not to mention the same needing to be traversed by everyone while traveling to report to work. Without hesitation, AirServ stepped up to the plate to meet the multiple requests I made for the extension of hours of numerous personnel working various shifts. As far as I know, not one single accident/incident was encountered through all of the turmoil."
