Electric Cart Drivers
The Air Serv electric cart drivers play a very important role in
transporting passengers with disabilities and those who are physically challenged to and from their gate destinations. Our goal is to ensure a timely arrival of passengers to their gate safely. In order to do that, our drivers are trained on how to ensure that passengers and their carry-on baggage get on and off the carts safely.
Many times passengers need assistance with getting information on their flights or directions within the airport. Our drivers are well versed in providing information on the locations of airport entities and airline information centers.
Safety is of the utmost importance to the Air Serv electric cart drivers. They must be conscience of the safety of their passengers – and the pedestrians walking the corridors of airport terminals. The drivers are trained on how to drive and maneuver the cart safely through busy pedestrian traffic. To date, Air Serv has an outstanding safety record with all our electric cart drivers.
