110% Club/Outstanding Employees
All of our employees are chosen for their competence and commitment
to service, but for the special
employees who go above and beyond the call of duty, we offer a rewards program called the 110% Club.
The 110% Club recognizes all employees who earn 110 points over a 12-month period. Employees are awarded points based on attendance, punctuality, appearance, commendations, safety and improvement suggestions.
Air Serv's primary goal is exceptional personal service. Because many of the duties we perform put us in direct contact with individuals who are struggling to make connections or frustrated by long delays, we focus not only on accommodating our customers quickly, but also on making their experience as pleasant as possible.
"The service industry is all about taking care of your people to deliver world-class service to your customers,” says Frank Argenbright, Air Serv’s founder and chairman. “The people on the front line – and how you treat them – are what makes a business successful. We are proud to reward and recognize our dedicated employees in their passion to make the travel experiences of the hundreds of thousands of travelers they serve every day a very special one.”
Once an employee “makes the grade” they are given a certificate and a uniform lapel pin recognizing their achievement. Top performers are honored at a specially orchestrated luncheon or dinner where they are presented with a cash award and a celebratory plaque.
