Ground Transportation
Air Serv bus drivers play an important role in transporting employees and passengers safely to their destinations within the airport grounds. Our drivers provide the following transportation services:
- Remote parking lot shuttles
- Crew Transport
- Employee shuttle
- Fixed Route
- Paratransit
Every Air Serv driver must pass a rigorous driver trainer course that
simulates hazardous conditions. Air Serv verifies that drivers maintain a clean driving record by checking motor vehicle records. Air Serv demands a drug- and alcohol-free work environment. As an example, if an accident involving one of our drivers were to occur, the driver would be required to submit to a drug and alcohol test within hours of the accident. The driver would also be required to attend recurrent training before being permitted to drive without supervision. |

"Mr. Joseph Baptiste, the van driver at the Atlanta Airport when I needed assistance a couple of weeks ago (Nov. 19), was very helpful and pleasant. Please thank him for me." Areve A.
