AIR SERV CORPORATION ANNOUNCES
THREE NEW OFFICERS IN EXECUTIVE TEAM

ATLANTA, GA - Air Serv Corporation announced today four new management hires to its executive team, headquartered in Atlanta. The additions include Mike Snyder, Chief Financial Officer, Douglas Kreuzkamp, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, and John Garrigan, Senior Vice President of People Development. All three individuals bring extensive professional experience and knowledge to the aviation services company.

Mike Snyder

New Chief Financial Officer, Mike Snyder is now responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting for Air Serv Corporation, including cash and treasury management, banking and investor relations, operational and financial reporting, financial systems, mergers, acquisitions and risk management.

"Mike has increased returns for every company he's been involved in," said Frank Argenbright, Founder and Chairman of Air Serv. "I couldn't be happier that we are working together on the same team."

Snyder previously worked with Impact Innovations Group, a $90 million information technology services firm, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. During his five-year tenure at Impact, the company raised $30 million in private equity, $70 million in total capital and completed five acquisitions before it sold in September 2004.

Snyder earned his bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Miami University. After graduating, he spent eight years at Arthur Andersen where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged debt transactions and financial statement audits.

"Air Serv has great potential, and I'm glad to be getting involved at a relatively early stage in the company's growth," said Mr. Snyder. "Particularly with the team that Frank has assembled, I think the possibilities are amazing."

Douglas Kreuzkamp

Douglas Kreuzkamp is the new General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, providing legal guidance to Air Serv's management team, as well as ensuring the Company not only meets, but exceeds industry and governmental compliance regulations.

Kreuzkamp is a graduate of Florida State University, where he received a B.M.E. After finishing Summa Cum Laude, he attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, from which he earned his Juris Doctorate in May 2000.

Prior to joining Air Serv, Kreuzkamp held an associate   position at the prestigious Atlanta law firm of King & Spalding LLP. At King & Spalding, Kreuzkamp focused his practice on labor and employment counseling and litigation, including matters involving the NLRA, RLA, OSHA, federal and state discrimination laws, wage and overtime statutes, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and state tort law.

John Garrigan

John Garrigan is the new Senior Vice President of People Development. His responsibilities include the creation and implementation of employee training/development, strategic learning initiatives, leadership development and marketing communications.

"When Air Serv decided we wanted to improve the training and development of our nearly 5,000 employees, we wanted to find one of the leaders in the industry to help us achieve our goals," said Argenbright. "With John, we found that person. He has a lot of experience and has proven himself as an effective communicator and a strategic thinker."

Mr. Garrigan has more than 20 years of experience in security and has held distinguished positions in both the private and public sectors. He gained valuable experience while serving as the Assistant to the Boston Police Commissioner. In the 1980s, he developed police services improvement programs for a variety of U.S. cities, as well as a model public safety programs for the U.S. Department of Justice.

For the past 12 years, Garrigan held multiple senior level management positions at Barton Protective Services, Inc., one of the nation's largest contract security companies. At Barton, he oversaw safety, human resources, legal services, training and insurance.

"I'm definitely enthusiastic about working with Air Serv," said Mr. Garrigan. "I take my line of work very seriously, and this is going to give me a great opportunity to have a direct impact on a very big player in an important industry."

John Garrigan is a frequent lecturer and writer on the subjects of Security, Terrorism Prevention, Fire and Life Safety, Risk Management and Workplace Violence. He is the former Chairman and Trustee of the Metropolitan Atlanta Crime Commission and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Victim Witness Assistance Program.
