Air Serv Matches Employees' Contributions
To Tsunami Victims in Southern Asia
ATLANTA - Air Serv, an international aviation services company based in Atlanta, will be matching contributions from its employees to the victims of the tsunami that devastated Southern Asia and Eastern Africa on December 26.
"Our hearts go out to all who have suffered so horribly from this natural disaster," said Frank Argenbright, Chairman and Founder of Air Serv Corporation. "Many of our employees have asked us what they can do to help the people in Asia. We felt that the least we could do is to match their generosity so we will be collecting donations and getting them to the victims as quickly as possible.
"Many of our employees have relatives in the stricken areas. Our corporation's matching of their donations will, in effect, double their efforts to provide relief," Argenbright said.
Air Serv, one of the fastest growing companies in the United States, has 4,300 employees serving 25 airlines in 19 markets in the U.S. and Great Britain, offering services such as skycap, baggage handling, wheelchair services and customer service. Founded in May 2002 by aviation service leader Frank Argenbright Jr., the company holds major contracts with leading aviation companies, including Delta Air Lines, United Airlines and Fed Ex.
