| "I was traveling through Cincinnati on Wed., 12/22 when I was stranded due to a cancelled flight (along with hundreds of other people). As I was waiting for a hotel shuttle for about one hour, out in the cold, he came by and stood next to me with an elderly gentleman he was assisting. After about 10 minutes, he realized that the shuttles were very slow and the elderly man was getting cold
(he had no coat). Kenneth mentioned to the man that he would personally drive him to the hotel. Upon overhearing his conversation, several people,
including myself, asked for a ride to the same hotel. Kenneth was more than happy to oblige the rest of us. He transported 5 people to the Drawbridge Inn that night, in spite of horrible road conditions. He asked the rest of us to look out for the elderly man at the hotel, if we could..."
