What is the Chairman's Cup?

In the aviation services industry, Legendary Service begins and ends with one thing: Safety. To emphasize the importance of maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, Air Serv has commissioned the Chairman's Cup.

Each December, Air Serv awards the Chairman's Cup to the Air Serv station with the most outstanding safety record over the previous year. Stations compete for the Chairman's Cup in three categories: employee injury rate; employee lost-time injury rate; and total number of lost workdays. The Air Serv station with the best overall safety record in the three categories earns the right to house the Chairman's Cup over the following year. The station's employees also receive a lapel pin commemorating the accomplishment.
