The company that is today known as Air Serv grew from humble beginnings. In 1979, Frank Argenbright, The Chairman and Founder of Air Serv, invested $500 in a fledgling company that eventually became AHL Services, Inc., a multinational company that provided outsourced business solutions to Fortune 500 companies.
Air Serv was founded in 2002, when several aviation industry executives came together to start a new kind of customer-focused company. Since then, we have grown at a remarkable rate and hold major contracts with Delta, United and FedEx, among others. In 2004, we also expanded into England and anticipate further international expansion, and in 2009, joined forces with International RAM Associates of Austin, Texas to become a global leader in aviation-related security and services.
Air Serv’s newest venture, International RAM, also rose from humble beginnings in 2001. Three former Texas Department of Public Safety officers met while handling the security detail for George W. Bush during his 2000 presidential campaign. They started the company to offer security and training services. After the events of September 11, 2001, they expanded to include airport security and services.
Headquartered out of Atlanta, Georgia, with a highly experienced management team, Air Serv is strategically positioned in the city with one of the world’s busiest passenger airports.
